Terms and Conditions


1. All proven prices in euro, understand themselves as net prices excluding value added tax.

2. Manner of payment: 50% of the calculation gross amount during placing of order, remainder with condition delivery.

3.1 All exhibition booths, also special equipments after customer's request and their equipment (excluding carpet) equal any kind remains property of the company Wolfgang Bastian Sinsheimer Messebau.
All exhibition booths, also special equipments after customer's request and their equipment (excluding carpet), exclusively for the period indicated in the confirmation of order, inclusive up and dismantling will be rented.
3.2 The tenant clings for vandalism during the renting period.

4.1 Under the column presentation booth the proven square meter-prices contain up and dismantling.
4.1.1 The quotations applies uniformly for string -, corner -, head or block booth.
4,1,2 Direct lines fur electrical and sanitary installations must be ordered separately, likewise the booth cleaning.
4.1.3 Beginning of exhibition the tenant get the booth handcleaned.
4.2 The carpet goes into the property of the tenant. The owner/tenant has to pay attention for the professional disposal.

5.The exhibition booth rents understand themselves without location rent.
